Lucid One Pty Ltd works with clients from the Perth CBD to the far corners of the state. Whether you are a small business in Fremantle, a growing operation in Bunbury or a resources service provider in the Pilbara, we bring clear, practical advice to your door — or to your screen.

Perth Metropolitan Coverage

Our home base is Perth, and the majority of our engagements take place across the metropolitan area. We regularly work on-site in:

  • Perth CBD & West Perth — corporate, finance and professional services clients
  • Western Suburbs — Subiaco, Nedlands, Claremont, Cottesloe
  • North — Joondalup, Osborne Park, Wangara, Malaga, Balcatta
  • East — Welshpool, Kewdale, Belmont, Midland, Forrestfield, Bayswater
  • South — Fremantle, Booragoon, O'Connor, Cockburn Central, Success
  • South-East — Cannington, Victoria Park, Bentley, Canning Vale, Gosnells, Thornlie
  • Outer Corridors — Rockingham, Mandurah, Armadale, Mundaring, Swan Valley

If your suburb is not listed, it almost certainly falls within our service area. Send us an email and we will confirm availability, usually within one business day.

Regional & Remote WA Coverage

Western Australia is vast, and many regional businesses struggle to access the same quality of advice as their city counterparts. We bridge that gap with scheduled regional visits, block bookings and remote-first delivery. We cover all major regions, including:

  • South West — Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough, Margaret River, Collie, Manjimup, Bridgetown
  • Great Southern — Albany, Denmark, Mount Barker, Katanning, Narrogin
  • Wheatbelt — Northam, Merredin, York, Moora, Corrigin
  • Mid West & Gascoyne — Geraldton, Dongara, Carnarvon, Exmouth
  • Goldfields-Esperance — Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Esperance, Norseman, Leonora
  • Pilbara — Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price, Onslow
  • Kimberley — Broome, Derby, Kununurra, Fitzroy Crossing, Wyndham

For smaller towns and remote communities, remote delivery via videoconference, email and shared workspaces keeps projects moving between visits, minimising travel costs without compromising quality.

Ways We Work With You

We tailor the delivery model to your location, budget and timeline. Most clients use one of four engagement styles:

On-Site in Perth

Face-to-face consulting at your premises anywhere in the metropolitan area. Ideal for workshops, planning days, staff training and site walk-throughs.

Regional Visits

Scheduled trips to regional centres, often combining several nearby clients into one trip to share travel costs. Perfect for quarterly strategy reviews and compliance work.

Remote-First Delivery

Full engagements conducted by videoconference, email and shared documents. The most cost-effective option for remote and regional clients, with no loss of rigour.

Hybrid Programs

A blend of periodic on-site sessions with continuous remote support in between. Our most popular model for growing businesses that need ongoing guidance.

Frequently Asked Questions About Coverage

Do you really travel to regional and remote WA?

Yes. We regularly travel to the South West, Wheatbelt, Great Southern, Mid West, Goldfields, Pilbara and Kimberley. Regional engagements are typically scheduled in advance and may be combined with other nearby clients to keep your costs down.

Are travel and accommodation costs included in the price?

For Perth metropolitan work, travel is generally included. For regional and remote engagements, travel and accommodation are itemised transparently in your written quote — never bundled or hidden. You will always know the full cost before work begins.

Can you help our business without visiting in person?

Absolutely. A large share of our work is delivered remotely, and many clients prefer it. Document reviews, financial analysis, strategy development, tender writing and policy work all suit remote delivery extremely well.

How far in advance should we book a regional visit?

Two to three weeks is ideal, although we can often accommodate shorter timeframes. Clients with ongoing needs may prefer a block booking arrangement with locked-in visit dates each quarter.

Which industries do you serve in these areas?

We work across mining and resources support services, agriculture, tourism and hospitality, trades and construction, local government, not-for-profits, health practices, retail and professional services — in short, the industries that power Western Australia.
